The invention discloses a wind power acceptance power measurement method based on a fixed load of a regional power grid and aims at solving the technical problems that existing wind power acceptance power measurement of the regional power grid is unreasonable and poor in reliability. Influences of the factors of a regional load peak and off-peak difference, a regional power transmitting/receiving demand and a peak and off-peak difference thereof, peak load regulation capacities of different types of generator sets, upper/lower spinning reserve capacity and the like are comprehensively considered. The wind power acceptance power measured by the method is more objective, real, and accurate; a technical support is provided for dispatching operation; start-up and shut-down peak load modulation of a thermal generator set is effectively avoided; safe and stable operation of the power grid is powerfully guaranteed; and meanwhile, economic benefits of power generation enterprises are also improved.
