The invention belongs to the field of hot galvanized steel plates, and particularly relates to heat resistant coating liquid for a hot galvanized plate and a preparation method and a using method of the heat resistant coating liquid. The heat resistant coating liquid for the hot galvanized plate is provided for solving the problems that coating liquid for a hot galvanized plate in the prior art is poor in heat resistance, not stable under high temperature and the like. Components of the heat resistant coating liquid for the hot galvanized plate comprise that, by weight, 10-60 parts of a trivalent chromium mixture, 2-15 parts of an acidic regulating agent, 1-10 parts of a film forming promoting agent and 5-20 parts of colloidal silicon dioxide are added into every 100 parts of water. The coating liquid does not contain hexavalent chromium, cannot cause harm to human bodies and is good in environmental protection performance; and a hot galvanized coating plate prepared after coating on the surface of the hot galvanized plate has high corrosion resistance and further has good fingerprint resistance, water resistance and adhesiveness. The coating liquid does not contain organic matter, is high in high temperature resistance and can meet the spraying requirement of a product high in heat resistance requirement.
