The invention relates to the technical field of electric energy metering equipment and particularly relates to a three-phase harmonic standard electric energy meter. The three-phase harmonic standard electric energy meter comprises an acquisition unit, an A/D conversion unit, a digital signal processing unit and an output unit. An acquired sampling input signal is used as a reference signal and an electric energy signal is sampled. When a difference exists between the sampling input signal and the electric energy signal, the electric energy signal is compensated and adopted as a metering standard for an electric energy value. Therefore, the obtained electric energy value is accurate and the metering accuracy of the electric energy meter is improved.
