The invention relates to an opening-breakage-proof supporting frame for an annular workpiece turnover formwork. The opening-breakage-proof supporting frame for the annular workpiece turnover formwork comprises a supporting frame arranged in a sandbox. The supporting frame comprises an annular transverse supporting plate and a barrel-shaped longitudinal supporting plate with a structure of being opened at two ends. The inner ring of the transverse supporting plate is fixedly connected with the barrel-shaped top part of the longitudinal supporting plate by an up-pressing supporting frame. The up-pressing supporting frame comprises a barrel-shaped supporting ring with a structure of being opened at two ends. An annular groove is arranged in the inner wall of the supporting ring and the longitudinal supporting plate is embedded in the groove. The up-pressing supporting frame further comprises an annular limiting plate which is vertically connected with the barrel-shaped supporting ring and an up-pressing ring with a barrel-shaped structure is vertically arranged at the inner circle of the annular limiting plate. The inner circle of the transverse supporting plate is connected with the outer wall of the up-pressing ring in a contacting manner. According to the supporting frame provided by the invention, a conventional master mould wall surface is replaced by the supporting frame structure, so that the strength can be improved for preventing the occurrence of opening breakage; moreover, the inner wall can be replaced directly and separately after wearing due to repeated usage by using the inner wall embedded structure, so that the cost can be effectively reduced.
