本发明涉及一种中草药凉茶及其制备工艺。该凉茶是由青岛崂山红茶、菊花、蒲公英、枸杞、决明子、甜菊叶、五味子为原料制成。该凉茶风味独特、酸甜适口，并有消炎解毒、益气安神、利胆保肝、润肠通便的作用。同时该凉茶不添加任何防腐剂和香精，是纯天然的凉茶饮料。制作成本低，适合大众消费。

The invention relates to Chinese herbal medicine cool tea and a preparation method thereof. The cool tea is prepared from the raw materials including Tsingtao Laoshan black tea, chrysanthemum, dandelion, fructus lycii, semen cassiae, stevia rebaudian and schisandra chinensis. The cool tea has a unique taste and has a moderate sour and sweet taste, has the effects of eliminating inflammation and removing toxin, boosting the qi and quieting the spirit, benefiting the bile and protecting liver, moistening the intestine and relaxing the bowel. The cool tea is free of addition of any preservative and essences and belongs to a pure-natural herbal tea beverage. The cool tea is low in preparation cost and is suitable for popular consumption.
