The present invention relates to a method for rapidly recovering a power supply by an intelligent distributed FA system. After an FA program is started, the control of the switch-on and switch-off states is recovered according to the a condition whether a local switch receives information that a downstream adjacent switch detects the 'virtual remote signal' of fault current or detects local voltage and current in a W time limit. The design of the method is ingenious, the amount of information needing to be transmitted is small, whatever a circuit switch type is a load switch or a circuit breaker, the scheme can closely cooperate with the load switch or circuit breaker, no adverse effect is generated to a power supply mode or a protection logic, the fault section isolation can be carried out reliably and the supply switching is carried out when a permanent fault is generated, thus the rapid recovery of power supply is realized. After the fault is eliminated, combined with a 'closed loop switching logic', the recovery of an original power supply mode without power cut is realized.
