The invention discloses a method for preparing soluble sodium salt by decomposing calcium-based raw materials under mechanical force. The calcium-based raw materials, an alkaline source and an alkali-based calcium fixing agent are mixed by a mechanical force grinding means and then put in a grinding machine to be ground, the ball material ratio is controlled at 25-50, the grinding speed is 400-800 rpm, the grinding time is 60-240 min, and powdery products are obtained; then, the powdery products are placed in water to be sufficiently stirred and dissolved, a liquid supernatant is recovered, sodium salt solids are obtained through evaporation, crystallization and drying. According to the method, the recovery rate of useful elements is high, the process is simple, the reaction condition is mild, and the method is environment-friendly, can be applied to the fields of chemical engineering and wet metallurgy and is suitable for popularization and application.
