The invention relates to an animal carbonizing treatment method and device, in particular to an emergent temperature control method and device in an animal pyrolysis carbonization process. In the pyrolysis carbonization process, when the temperature in a combustion chamber exceeds 1000 DEG C, nonflammable inert gas is introduced into a carbonizing tank, and thus the concentration of pyrolysis gas in the carbonizing tank is reduced. The emergent temperature control device comprises a carbonizing chamber, the combustion chamber and a gas passage. The carbonizing tank is arranged in the carbonizing chamber. The space between the outer wall of the carbonizing chamber and the outer side of the carbonizing tank serves as a heat exchange area for heating or cooling the carbonizing tank. The gas passage comprises an inert gas guide pipe used for introducing the nonflammable inert gas into the nonflammable inert gas. One end of the inert gas guide pipe is connected to the interior of the carbonizing tank, and the other end of the inert gas guide pipe is connected with an inert gas tank. By the adoption of the emergent temperature control method, when heat of the pyrolysis gas is too much and accordingly the temperature of the combustion chamber is too high, the concentration of flammable gas in the pyrolysis gas in the carbonizing tank can be reduced during a short period of time, the situation that ultrahigh temperature is generated by the pyrolysis gas in the combustion chamber is avoided, and accordingly the heat of the pyrolysis gas is reduced.
