The invention discloses TiAl-based bulk amorphous alloy. The chemical expression of the elemental composition of the alloy is TiaAlbBc, wherein a, b and c mean the atomic percentage content of Ti, Al and B in the alloy correspondingly, a is larger than or equal to 50 and less than or equal to 60, b is equal to 30, c is larger than or equal to 10 and less than or equal to 20, and a+b+c=100. According to the TiAl-based bulk amorphous alloy, a large number of elements B are added, and the bulk amorphous alloy is prepared by combining a mechanical alloy method with a spark plasma sintering method; the production problems that bulk amorphous alloy is large in size and complex in shape are solved; and the obtained alloy remarkably improves the strength and the hardness of the material and has excellent mechanical properties.
