The invention relates to an experiment nozzle and an explosion chamber temperature measuring device using the nozzle. The explosion chamber temperature measuring device comprises a moving end module, a static end module and a nozzle installed on the moving end module. The moving end module comprises a moving arc contact and an air cylinder; the static end module comprises a static arc contact terminal and a static arc contact seat; the nozzle comprises a nozzle body which is a cylindrical shell structure extending vertically; the wall of the nozzle body is provided with lighting holes which allow penetration of arc light in use. The explosion chamber temperature measuring device also comprises a spectrometer, and optical fibers leading the arc light in the lighting holes to the spectrometer; the arc light in the nozzle emits through the lighting holes, and the arc light appears for a short period, and is lead to the spectrometer through the optical fibers. The device can accurately measure nozzle inner arc temperatures in the operation process of an explosion chamber, and has less measured deviation compared with the prior art.
