The invention provides an overall transition construction method for a large-size steel mould between adjacent field regions. The overall transition construction method comprises the steps that by analyzing the weight, the size, the walking route road conditions and the like of a lifted steel mould trolley, a walking track frame, a lifting tool, a hauling fixed trolley frame and the like of the steel mould trolley are reasonably designed, and a lifting device, a transfer device and other mechanical devices are reasonably matched; and overall transition construction of the large-size steel mould trolley is completed in a divided and segmented mode by adopting the way that the track frame is discharged out of a pipe section cavity body, overall lifting is conducted through a large-tonnage crawler crane, and a heavy low flat plate is hauled through a semi trailer. According to the overall transition construction method for the large-size steel mould between the adjacent field regions, the track frame, a lifting frame and a bearing beam bracket which are used are reasonably designed and are convenient to install and detach at the construction site; the lifting device and a transportation device are reasonably arranged, a lifting transportation route is planned in advance, and the integrity of the steel mould trolley is ensured; the processes are effectively connected to form line production, and loads of workers are sharply reduced; the interference factors are few, the transition speed is high, and the construction period requirement is met; safe and civilized construction is ensured; and the overall transition construction method is suitable for large-scale application and popularization.
