The invention discloses a reactive voltage multi-target control method of a wind power cluster. The reactive voltage multi-target control method comprises the following steps that a wind power cluster control master station obtains real-time load flow data; operating condition decision making is performed, and control variables and state variables are controlled; an optimization model constraint conditions are established; if the voltage of the cluster is out of limit, a voltage correction control model is established, and optimal reactive power regulation amount is calculated; if the voltage of the cluster is qualified but a reactive power control deviation of a converging point is greater than that of a control dead zone, a converging point reactive power tracking control model is established, and optimal reactive power regulation amount is calculated; if the cluster is qualified but the reactive power control deviation of the converging point is smaller than that of the control dead zone, a dynamic reactive power repertory optimization model is established, and optimal reactive power regulation amount is calculated; instructions are controlled after calculation and optimization and is issued to a wind power plant and a converging station through a power communication network. The reactive voltage multi-target control method can improve the voltage safety of the cluster, participates in reactive power optimization of the whole network and reservation of dynamic regulation capacity to quick voltage fluctuation and improves the voltage stability of a system.
