The invention discloses a making method of mulberry leaf health-care black tea.The method comprises the following steps of 1 material selecting, wherein fresh mulberry leaves which are free from contamination and disease and pest damage and grow in the autumn shoot period that two leaves and a bud grow out are picked, rinsed clean with clear water and dried in the shade until no water drop exists; 2 far infrared ray heating for withering; 3 twisting; 4 fermenting; 5 shaping and strip tidying; 6 three-stage drying, wherein natural cooling is performed after drying is finished; 7 bagging, wherein the mouthfeel is improved by cooperating with dried anoectochilus formosanus, and 8-9 parts of the made mulberry leaf tea and 1-2 parts of the anoectochilus formosanusare are packaged into small packages at 20 g/bag.The mulberry leaf health-care black tea made through the method has the advantages of being good in product color and luster, fresh and cool in flavor and the like, is obviously superior to existing mulberry leaf black tea varieties on quality and also has the advantages of being controllable in technological parameter, stable in quality and the like.
