The disk substrate comprises a disk body and a ring body, the periphery of the ring body outwards extends in the radial direction of the disk body to form the ring body, the axial thickness of the ring body is smaller than that of the disk body, and an annular groove sunken towards the ring body is formed by the top face and/or bottom face of the disk substrate; the diamond cutting heads are arranged in the peripheral direction of the ring body and welded to the periphery of ring body, and the axial thickness of the diamond cutting heads is larger than that of the ring body, so that the two axial ends of each diamond cutting head exceed the ring body in the axial direction of the disk body. The mute ultra-thin diamond disk saw blade has the advantages of being mute, ultra thin and durable.
