The invention provides a combined power-amplification imaging objective lens system design method. The method includes the specific steps that firstly, a coaxial full-spherical imaging objective lens system A with the amplification power being M is designed; secondly, mirror curvatures in the system A serve as optimization variables, and the system A is optimized into a system B with the amplification power being N; thirdly, mirrors in the system A are converted into deformed non-spherical shapes, longitudinal curvatures of all deformed non-spheres are kept unchanged, transverse curvatures are curvatures of corresponding mirrors in the system B, and therefore a combined power imaging system C with the longitudinal amplification power being M and the transverse amplification power being N is obtained. The imaging lens system designed through the method can achieve different amplification powers in different directions.
