The invention relates to a lifting machine for shipwreck salvaging or bridging or beam erecting in rivers, lakes and oceans. By the adoption of the lifting machine, the effect of lifting weights in rivers, lakes and oceans is mainly achieved, and the purposes of saving lifting energy and reducing the cost are also achieved. The lifting machine is composed of two floating inflated telescopic barrels, an intermediate hanging beam and a hook assembly. A sea wave gas compressor and a sea tide gas compressor are also arranged, so that energy is saved, and a lifting task can be completed. The lifting machine is quite suitable for shipwreck salvaging and bridge erecting on oceans.
