The invention relates to an application of a traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparation of a health food with a gastric mucosal damage auxiliary protection function. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in parts by weight: 30-80 parts of lily, 30-80 parts of tuckahoe, 40-90 parts of figwort root, 30-80 parts of Szechuan lovage rhizome, 20-60 parts of oriental waterplantain rhizome, 5-30 parts of notoginseng, 10-50 parts of largehead atractylodes rhizome, 20-60 parts of Chinese angelica, 20-60 parts of pollen typhae, and 120-180 parts of white peony root.
