摘要:
本发明提供一种混合型化肥生产废水生化处理方法,具体步骤是将混合型废水经过格栅除去大块漂浮物后进入集水井,缓存、配水、吹脱、均化、加入助凝剂和絮凝剂再进入初曝池;初曝池中投加高效微生物制剂HSBEMBMR,加磷酸二氢钠以补充营养物质P,去除混合型废水中抑制脱氮菌属的有毒有害物质;初曝池出水自流至初沉池,初沉池出水自流至兼气池、好氧池、多功能池进行脱氮、脱碳处理阶段,其中,初曝池中投加高效微生物制剂HSBEMBMR;多功能池出水至二沉池,进行泥水分离,出水达标后跨越絮反终沉池至清水池排放经处理后打入终沉池,终沉池出水自流至清水池排放或回用。该类废水处理后回用于厂区的循环水系统,回用率达到85%以上,环境效益和经济效益显著。

The invention provides a biochemical treatment method for mixed type chemical fertilizer production wastewater. The method comprises specific steps as follows: after agglomerate floating objects in mixed type wastewater are removed through gratings, the mixed type wastewater enters a water collecting well and is subjected to buffer storage, water distribution, air stripping and homogenization, a coagulant aid and a flocculating agent are added, and then the mixed type wastewater enters a primary aeration pool; an efficient microbial preparation HSBEMBM is added to the primary aeration pool, sodium dihydrogen phosphate is added so as to supplement a nutrient substance P, and toxic and harmful substances inhibiting a denitrifier genus in the mixed type wastewater are removed; effluent of the primary aeration pool automatically flows to a primary sedimentation pool, effluent in the primary sedimentation pool automatically flows to a facultative pool, an aerobic pool and a multifunctional pool for denitrification and decarbonization treatment, and the efficient microbial preparation HSBEMBM is added to the primary aeration pool; effluent of the multifunctional pool flows to a secondary sedimentation pool for mud-water separation, the effluent reaching the standard bypasses a flocculation reaction pool and a final sedimentation pool and enters a clear water pool to be discharged, if the effluent cannot reach the standard, the effluent is treated and pumped into the final sedimentation pool, and effluent of the final sedimentation pool automatically flows to the clear water pool to be discharged or recycled. The wastewater after treatment is recycled to a circulating water system of a factory, the recycling rate is higher than 85%, and the environmental and economic benefits are remarkable.
