The invention discloses a blockage-preventing block and a highly-adaptive guardrail adopting the same. The blockage-preventing block comprises a polygonal frame structure; a polygon formed by the frame structure comprises a first vertical edge; the upper end of the first vertical edge is connected with one end of a first bevel edge, and the lower end of the first vertical edge is connected with one end of a second bevel edge; an included angle formed between the first vertical edge and the first bevel edge is an obtuse angle, and an included angle formed between the first vertical edge and the second bevel edge is an acute angle; and the other end of the first bevel edge is connected with the other end of the second bevel edge through other edges. The blockage-preventing block disclosed by the invention can ensure that the height of a corrugated guard plate is not reduced after a high-speed corrugated guardrail suffers from great impact, thereby ensuring the safety protection capability of the guardrail.
