The diamond-alkene reinforced and toughened PA6 modified plastic is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-95 parts of nylon slices, 5-15 parts of nano diamond-alkene, and 0.5-2.5 parts of an auxiliary. A preparation method of the plastic comprises the following steps: 1) weighting each raw material in proportion, and mixing the raw materials, so that a mixture is obtained; 2) melt extrusion: feeding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder, and carrying out melt extrusion, bracing, water cooling, and drying on the mixture, so that a product is obtained. The PA6 prepared according to the invention not only has high strength and toughness, but also has the characteristics of thermal stability, abrasion resistance, flame retardant, good self-lubricity, good contour machining properties, more green and environmental friendliness, and the like.
