The invention relates to an electric conduction sheet. The electric conduction sheet is tubular on the whole; a first through hole and a second through hole are formed at side walls of two ends of the electric conduction sheet respectively; the edge of the first through hole is provided with a first elastic contact sheet which obliquely extends into the electric conduction sheet and can clamp a wire; the edge of the second through hole is provided with a second elastic contact sheet which obliquely extends into the electric conduction sheet and can clamp a wire; and the side wall of the middle segment of the electric conduction sheet is provided with a third contact sheet which extends outwards. The invention also discloses an integrated light emitting body using the electric conduction sheet. According to the electric conduction sheet and the integrated light emitting body using the same of the invention, the first elastic contact sheet and the second elastic contact sheet on the electric conduction sheet can clamp the wires extending into the electric conduction sheet, and therefore, the installation of the wires is convenient and firm, the third contact sheet is used for contacting with a power generation assembly; the electric conduction sheet is hidden inside the integrated light emitting body, and therefore, the integrated light emitting body is compact in structure; when the wires are installed, it only needs to make the wires pass through corresponding wire-through holes, so that the wires can be installed on the electric conduction sheet, and the installation is very convenient.
