The invention discloses a hardware rough blank roll-forging forming machine which comprises a base, a motor and a speed reducer. The motor and the speed reducer are arranged on the base. The speed reducer is connected with a spindle, and the spindle rotationally penetrates a left vertical plate and a right vertical plate which are arranged side by side in a spaced manner. A lower forging and pressing roll is fixed to the position, between the left vertical plate and the right vertical plate, of the spindle, an upper forging and pressing roll corresponding to the lower forging and pressing roll is fixed to a driven shaft arranged above the upper forging and pressing roll, is engaged with the driven shaft, and the upper forging and pressing roll and the driven shaft rotate relatively. The upper forging and pressing roll and the lower forging and pressing roll are both of a circumferential structure, cutters are fixed to the outer surface of the upper forging and pressing roll and the outer surface of the lower forging and pressing roll in the axial direction, and a forming cavity is formed in the outer circumference face between the cutters. A driven gear on the driven shaft and a spindle gear on the spindle are engaged on the outer side of the left vertical plate. According to the hardware rough blank roll-forging forming machine, material chopping operation is not needed, and the machining procedures are reduced; and raw materials are heated, chopped, discharged and formed at the same time, manpower, materials and time are saved, and the machining cost is remarkably reduced.
