The spraying method comprises the steps of base body material rust removing, washing, acetone oil removal, drying, sand blasting, determining of parameters for the active fuel high-speed gas spraying method and result checking. The base body material comprises Q235 steel or an aluminum alloy, and the ceramic coating is WC-12Co. The active fuel high-speed gas spraying flame temperature is 1800 DEG C, the pressure of the compressed air is 0.4 MPa to 0.6 MPa, the pressure of propylene ranges from 0.4 MPa to 0.5 MPa, the pressure of hydrogen ranges from 0.2 MPa to 0.3 MPa, the powder feeding rate ranges from 4kg/h to 8kg/h, the rotating speed of a sample ranges from 200r/min to 400r/min, and the thickness of the coating ranges from 200 micrometers to 300 micrometers. The temperature of the flange is lower than the common supersonic flame spraying temperature, and therefore the content of oxides is effectively reduced, material hardness, wear-resistance and corrosion resistance can be further improved, and the service life of parts is prolonged.
