The invention discloses peanut, squid and persimmon leaf healthcare wine. The healthcare wine is prepared with, by weight, 30-34 parts of fresh and tender persimmon leaf, 38-40 parts of squid, 18-20 parts of persimmon vinegar, 56-58 parts of peanut kernel, 22-24 parts of pearl powder, 36-38 parts of red chili, 2.4-2.5 parts of Cistanche herb, 2.3-2.5 parts of polygala root, 3-3.2 parts of downy Aletris, 18-20 parts of maifanite, a proper amount of dry brewer's yeast, 103-105 parts of white granulated sugar and a proper amount of water. Raw materials for processing the healthcare wine include the persimmon leaf, the squid, the peanut kernel and the pearl powder and are matched with Chinese medicinal herbs including the Cistanche herb and the downy Aletris; in addition, during processing, herbaceous taste and astringency of the persimmon leaf are eliminated, and content of flavone in persimmon leaf extract is increased, so that the healthcare wine processed is comprehensive and rich in nutrition, good in healthcare efficacy and good for body after drinking.
