The invention relates to a preparation method for a curtain. The curtain comprises a curtain surface layer and a curtain inner side, and a shade layer is additionally arranged on the curtain inner side, wherein the shade layer is prepared from, by volume, 45%-55% of textile latex 718, 25%-35% of titanium dioxide, 13%-23% of foam stabilizers, 0.2%-0.8% of cross-linking agents and 0.5%-2.5% of ammonium hydroxide. The preparation method comprises the steps that cutting and blending are performed, the ingredients are poured into a coating disperser to be stirred to form an shade coating adhesive, the shade coating adhesive is evenly coated on the surface of the curtain inner side through foaming to form the shade layer, drying is performed, and then the curtain is prepared. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses the coating disperser used for preparing the shade curtain. The shade curtain is good in shade property, and meanwhile other properties such as the aesthetics and the practicability are achieved.
