The invention provides a health reconciled milk beverage with nattokinase. The health reconciled milk beverage is prepared by soybean milk, milk and bacillus subtilis natto seed liquid. The invention also provides a preparation method of the health reconciled milk beverage. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grafting the bacillus subtilis natto seed liquid in the soybean milk and the milk and fermenting. The health reconciled milk beverage prepared according to the invention has fibrinolytic activity, wherein the nattokinase activity is 160-185 U/mL; the health reconciled milk beverage is free of ammonia odor, relatively good in flavor and relatively high in stability, so that the health reconciled milk beverage can be stably stored for 3-5 days. The reconciled milk beverage prepared according to the invention has certain functions of fibrinolysis and health-care and is suitable for Chinese taste.
