The present invention provides a method for storing network messages of an intelligent substation in a bare disk. The method comprises the following steps of: a hard disk partitioning step of dividing a hard disk into a plurality of data blocks; a data block function partitioning step; by taking the types of the network messages as partitioning bases, assigning the data block matched with the occupied space of the network message for each type of the network message; a memory allocating step of allocating a memory for each type of the network message; and a network message storing step. The storage method utilizes the hard disk evenly, which facilitates the security and stability of a hard disk system. The network messages are stored separately by type, which shortens traversal time of later retrieval. A separate storage space design causes fault tolerance and security to be improved.
