The invention discloses a circuit breaker break transmission device and a circuit breaker using the same. The circuit breaker break transmission device comprises a transmission crank arm which is provided with a fixed hinge point, a first power output point and a movable hinge point. A middle transmission rod is hinged to and assembled on the transmission crank arm at the movable hinge point. The middle transmission rod has a power point and a resistance point. A rotation force applying rod is hinged to the power point of the middle transmission rod, and the rotation force applying rod is used to apply an action force to the middle transmission rod to make the middle transmission rod to rotate about the movable hinge point in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the transmission crank arm when the transmission crank arm drives the middle transmission rod to rotate about the fixed hinge point. The resistance point of the middle transmission rod is a second power output point which is synchronous with the first power output point in action and is in transmission connection with a movable contact rod of a second break of two breaks of a circuit breaker break unit. The break transmission device is simple in structure and simple and convenient to operate.
