The invention relates to a filtering type sunshine collector based on a free-form surface structure, and belongs to the technical field of solar energy utilization. The sunshine collector comprises multiple sunshine collection devices. Each sunshine collection device comprises a free-form surface lens, a band-pass filter coating, a shading hood, a fixing hood and an optical fiber. One face of the free-form surface lens is coated with the band-pass filter coating, and the side, coated with the band-pass filter coating, of the free-form surface lens is movably connected with the shading hood; the shading hood is used for protecting the band-pass filter coating and the free-form surface lens; and the other face of the free-form surface lens is connected with the fixing hood which is further connected with the optical fiber. The sunlight penetrates the shading hood and is filtered through the band-pass filter coating, and then the filtered sunlight is gathered through the free-form surface lens to the optical fiber. By means of the filtering type sunshine collector based on the free-form surface structure, the lighting area is enlarged, the sunlight focusing effect is improved, the light use ratio is increased, the heat energy penetrating out of a system is reduced, and the sunlight collected through the sunlight collector meets the conditions of high optical energy and low heat energy.
