The invention discloses a stator welding technology. The stator welding technology includes the first step of a welding preheating stage, the second step of a welding induction heating stage and the third step of a cooling stage. According to the stator welding technology, after preheating, warming, heat preserving and cooling are conducted according to a given temperature-time characteristic curve, the welding quality of a stator is ensured; the stator is verified through a real object destructiveness technology, and the strength, the assembling stress, the Brinell hardness, the welding joint failure proportion and the like of a welding joint of the stator all reach the verification standard.
