The present invention provides a multifunctional radio frequency comprehensive integrated apparatus and system based on a CORBA standard. The apparatus comprises a main control module, at least one waveform processing module and at least one radio frequency RF module which are mutually connected by a compact peripheral component interconnection CPCI bus; the main control module, the at least one waveform processing module and the at least one RF module are connected to the CPCI bus in a plug-type component mode; the waveform processing module is used for operating a waveform algorithm to carry out signal processing; the RF module is used for providing a transmitting and receiving access of a signal; the main control module is used for respectively providing standard interfaces for an upper computer, the waveform processing module and the RF module on the basis of the software communication architecture SCA of the CORBA standard and calling the waveform processing module or the RF module to execute a corresponding function according to a received upper computer command. The apparatus has higher use flexibility and development cost can be reduced according to the commercial standards.
