The invention discloses a parallel type floater ocean power generation device, in particular to the technical field of power generation devices. The parallel type floater ocean power generation device comprises a center stand column, a floater is arranged on the upper portion of the center stand column and is annular, and an annular section of the floater is rectangular. The upper portion of the center stand column is sleeved with a supporting rod fixing sleeve, and the floater is hinged to the center stand column through a first parallel mechanism and a second parallel mechanism. The first parallel mechanism comprises a plurality of first hydraulic rods arranged in a radial mode, one end of each first hydraulic rod is hinged to the upper end face of the floater through a ball pair, and the other ends of the first hydraulic rods are hinged to the top end of the center stand column through ball pairs. The second parallel mechanism comprises a plurality of second hydraulic rod arranged in a radial mode, one end of each second hydraulic rod is hinged to a rod body of the corresponding first hydraulic rod through a ball pair, and the other ends of the second hydraulic rods are hinged to the supporting rod fixing sleeve through ball pairs.
