Through the adoption of the buoy and a ballast compartment of the floating platform, a distance between the center of gravity and the center of buoyancy is effectively lengthened, so that the rotational restoring stiffness is effectively improved; because a cylinder with a small sectional area is adopted near the water surface, the wave force near the water surface is effectively decreased; besides, each mooring hawser is in delta connection with the floating platform through the mooring holes, so that the yawing of the floating platform can be effectively limited.
