The invention provides whitening and moisturizing cream. The whitening and moisturizing cream is characterized by being made of components comprising, by weight, 0.01%-0.05% of pineapple leaf nano cellulose, 0.2% of hyaluronic acid, 0.4%-1% of carbomer, 4%-8% of natural plant oil and fat, 4%-5% of wax components, 2%-3% of high alcohol, 4%-5% of a moisturizer, 1%-2% of an emulgator, 1%-2% of triethanolamine, 1%-2% of glycerin monostearate, 1%-2% of dimethicone copolyal, 0.1%-0.2% of preservative, 2%-4% of plant extract, 0.5%-2.5% of a whitening agent, 0.5%-2.5% of an antioxidant and the balance of deionized water. The whitening and moisturizing cream is high in moisture absorption, good in moisture retention, refreshing in skin touch and rich in nutrition.
