The circuit protecting element is an armed lever type conducting element, a metal component is arranged in a resin upper shell, downward salient points are formed in the metal component, and the salient points abut against the upper surface of an electric-conducted arm; the metal component arranged on a resin lower shell serves as a leading-out end, salient points abutting against the bottom of a PTC element and silent contact points are formed in the metal component, and welded sealing or combining welding and cementing compound together are adopted in the upper shell and the lower shell; rust-proof treatment is conducted on at least a high swelling layer of a bimetal element; the electric-conducted arm is electroplated or pressed to form a part silver layer, the silver layer and the main portion of the electric-conducted arm do not show a protruding state, one end of the silver layer stretches out the shell and serves as the leading-out end, the other end of the silver layer and the silent contact points form a current path, when heating of the electric-conducted arm caused by an excessive current makes the bimetal element changes shape and reverses, the metal electric-conducted arm, the bimetal element, the PTC element and the metal element of the resin lower shell form a series loop, and protection is conducted on the circuit; the series loop can be adopted to different current circuit protections by adjusting materials and structure of the electric-conducted arm, and the defect of rusting of the electric element is overcome.
