The invention relates to the construction field of structures in docks and discloses a device for monitoring floating of a structure in a dock. The device comprises supporting bases, self-locking jacks, spherical supports, supporting cushion plates and force testing sensors. The self-locking jacks are sleeved on the supporting bases, the spherical supports are connected with the jacking ends of the self-locking jacks, the supporting cushion plates are arranged on the spherical supports and connected with the spherical supports through spherical pairs, and the force testing sensors are used for testing acting force on the supporting cushion plates. The invention further provides a system for monitoring floating of the structure in the dock. By means of the device and system, the structure in the dock can be uniformly floated, so that damage to the structure or a foundation face caused by non-uniform floating in the floating process of the structure is reduced or avoided.
