Compared with the existing peel crushing or breaking process, the investment on equipment for crushing or breaking peels of fresh fruits can be reduced, the extraction method has the advantages that the litsea cubeba flesh is prevented from contacting air, the oil yield and the product quality can be improved, the oil yield is 5.5 to 5.8 percent, the total aldehyde content is more than 75 percent, the byproduct dry litsea cubeba kernels are used as medicinal materials and food materials, the biological organic fertilizer is applied to the forest industry and the agriculture, the recycling economy is realized, the production period is shortened, the equipment utilization rate is high, the processing capacity is high, the energy conservation and emission reduction can be realized, the production cost can be reduced, and the economic benefit, the social benefit and the ecological benefit are relatively good.
