The invention discloses a cavity, a soft tissue perfusion culture system and a soft tissue stretchability test system. The cavity comprises an upper layer structure, a lower layer structure, two fixing blocks and two fixing parts. The soft tissue perfusion culture system comprises a liquid charge pump, a three-way valve, a liquid collecting device and the cavity. The soft tissue stretchability test system comprises a first fixture fixing plate, a second fixture fixing plate, a step motor, a base, a first fixing plate, a second fixing plate, an optical shaft, a linear sliding shaft and the soft tissue perfusion culture system. By utilizing the cavity, the soft tissue perfusion culture system and the soft tissue stretchability test system, the aseptic environment and perfusion culture conditions can be obtained when the soft tissue is stretched, and meanwhile, the stretching degree of the soft tissue can be controlled accurately.
