The fiber material layer is composed of one or more wool layers and one or more TR thread layers outside the wool layers. The adhesive-bonding is that the vulcanized and melted layer formed by the internal wall of the ball cover is adhesive-bonded with the fiber material layer. The processing technique comprises the steps: winding the fiber material layer outside the ball core and then placing the ball core into the sealant-installed and to-be-molded ball cover material; placing the ball core, the fiber material layer outside the ball core and the ball cover material outside the fiber material layer into a mould; after vulcanization, molding the ball cover material layer into a ball cover and adhesive-bonding the vulcanized and melted layer formed by the internal wall of the ball cover and the fiber material layer; and finally, taking the finished product out of the mould. The ball cover of the baseball and softball at least comprises rubber and cattlehide milled powder. The baseball and softball structure feels like the baseball and softball with the cattlehide ball cover and is prolonged in service life of baseball and softball and improved in pressure resistance, strike resistance, COR and bouncing coefficients.
