The invention discloses a technological process for improving saline land by using a waterworks sludge composting fertilizer. A whole set of sludge composting fertilizer equipment is used, and the technological process comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing early-stage processing operations; step 2, performing first fermentation; step 3, performing secondary fermentation; and step 4, performing final later-stage processing operation. The technological process comprises the following advantages: 1, the sludge composting technology helps to solve the present situation that coastal region has too many saline lands and is severely lack of soil, and helps to perform mixed composting on waterworks sludge, nearby farm cow dung and agricultural waste straws for improving coastal saline lands and further for solving the soil shortage problem; 2, the phenomena of straw burning, chaos livestock and poultry excrements and the like are reduced, PM 2.5 is reduced, and atmosphere pollution is mitigated; and 3, the technological process is strong in comprehensiveness, large in added value and high in resource utilization degree, and changes waste into valuables.
