The invention discloses a compound tube cleaner with gel and a method for manufacturing the crosslinked polypropylene amide aqueous gel. The compound tube cleaner comprises a roll brush type tube cleaner, the crosslinked polypropylene amide aqueous gel and a polypropylene tube cleaner. The roll brush type tube cleaner is arranged at the front of the compound tube cleaner with the gel, the polyurethane tube cleaner is arranged at the tail of the compound tube cleaner with the gel, and the crossed linked polypropylene amide aqueous gel is arranged in the middle of the compound tube cleaner with the gel.
