本发明提供用于检测慢性乙型肝炎及肝癌T细胞受体库的引物及检测试剂盒，所述试剂盒中包括的特异性引物序列分别如Seq ID No.1-8所示。本发明的试剂盒产品具有高通量，多指标并行检测，检测快速、准确等优点。实验表明，采用本发明的试剂盒可以实现对从慢性HBV感染到肿瘤发生进程中T细胞应答的规律检测，以及抗HBV及肝癌特异性T细胞应答的分子特征判定。

The invention provides primers and kit for detecting chronic hepatitis B and a liver cancer T cell receptor repertoire. The kit comprises specific primer sequences respectively shown in the formulas of Seq ID No.1 to 8. The kit product has the advantages of high flux, multi-index parallel detection, fast detection rate and high accuracy. An experiment proves that the kit can realize detection of a rule of T cell response from chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection to tumorigenesis and also realizes determination of molecular characteristics of HBV- and liver cancer-resistant specific T cell response.
