The invention relates to a cutting device technical field, which aims at providing a high-pressure resistant cutting device for pressure-maintaining sampling transfer of deep-sea sediment. The device comprises a box cover, a pressure balance device, a gear lever, a gear wheel, an outer end cover, a connecting pipe, a spring, a bolt, a cutter head and an inner end cover. The inner end cover, the outer end cover and the connecting pipe are coaxial with the box cover; the outer end cover and the box cover are connected by bolts; the connecting pipe and the outer end cover are connected by bolts; and the inner end cover is nested inside the box cover. The pressure balance device comprises a balance cover, a pressure bar and a balance base; the balance cover, the balance base and a pressure lever are coaxial; and the balance cover and balance base are provided with a coaxial thread hole. The invention has the beneficial effects that the sealing design of the high-pressure resistant cutting device can adapt to high sealing water pressure, effectively prevent pressure leakage in the cutting process, ensure the completion of pressure-maintaining secondary sampling in a pressure-maintaining environment, and reduce the interference on deep-sea sediments due to environmental changes.
