The invention relates to a device for an insulation test in live working of a distribution network, particularly to a 10kV special device for an insulation resistance test in the live working. The 10kV special device for the insulation resistance test in the live working comprises a casing, an insulation operating handle and two pieces of flat copper, wherein a resistance meter is arranged inside the casing, the insulation separating handle is made of resistance meter, the flat copper 70 mm in length and 15 mm in width is encapsulated in an insulated mode, one end of each of the two pieces of the flat copper is provided with a cylindrical electrode, the other end of each of the two pieces of the flat copper is embedded in the insulation operating handle and is connected with a testing wire of the resistance meter respectively, the distance between the two cylindrical electrodes is 2 cm, the two cylindrical electrodes are 2 cm in length, and a copper plate with width being 20 mm and length being 160 mm is arranged inside the casing. The 10kV special device for the insulation resistance test in the live working is developed according to requirements of Management Standard of Live Working of 10kV Overhead Distribution Lines, has the advantages of being quick and convenient in operation and the like, can avoid scratches on insulation tools and devices and protective equipment due to the fact that the electrodes are made from long cylinders of 2cm, and has particular use value in 10kV overhead distribution lines.
