The invention provides a preparation method of a nanosilver coating-modified artificial ligament. The preparation method comprises the following steps: I. performing ultrasonic cleaning on the artificial ligament so as to remove surface dirt; and II. by adopting nanosilver particle gelatin as a target material, spraying the nanosilver particle gelatin on the surface of the artificial ligament through a magnetron sputtering instrument, to obtain the nanosilver coating-modified artificial ligament. According to the nanosilver coating-modified artificial ligament prepared by adopting the preparation method, the biocompatibility and excellent mechanical performance of the artificial ligament can be further improved through the nanosilver coating-modified artificial ligament, so that the ligament has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, so as to promote the tendon-bone healing; according to the method, an even coating can be generated on a medical PET material, and the problems that the coating is uneven and the stability is poor as a manual applying method is directly applied on the surface of the material in early-stage study can be solved; the method is simple in preparation process, mild in conditions, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and low in cost, thus having excellent market application prospects.
