A body part (13) on each end surface of a slider main body of a linear guide device is completely covered in the width direction by means of body portions (212A, 212B) of holders (2A, 2B). A convex part (212c) and a concave part (212d) are provided on the end surfaces of the two body portions (212A, 212B). The end surfaces of the two body portions (212A, 212B) are in contact in the width direction of the convex part (212c) and the concave part (212d), in other words in the thickness direction of the body part (13) of the slider main body, and have a gap in the length direction (the width direction of the slider). The end surfaces of the adjacent body portions (212A, 212B) are facing at a position which does not overlap an oil supply port (70). An oil groove (23) corresponding to an oil groove (76) formed in an end cap (7) is formed on the end cap-side surface of plate-like parts (21A, 21B) which are formed as a single piece with the holders (2A, 2B).
