The invention relates to a method for reinforcing and maintaining a clean-type heat recovery coke furnace gas gathering system, which comprises the following steps: firstly, making a castable reinforcement band at the waist of the gas gathering system; secondly, carrying out casting and grouting treatment outside the gas gathering system; and finally, carrying out hot-state guniting reinforcement inside the gas gathering system. The inside and outside of the matched branch pipes and main pipes and the waist of the coke furnace gas gathering system are reinforced and maintained to form a triple reinforcement body. The method prevents the potential safety hazard of collapse, enhances the compactness of the gas gathering system, prolongs the service life of the gas gathering system, and lays favorable foundation for stable operation of the coke furnace and matched waste heat power generation procedure.
