The invention relates to auxiliary tools for gas field testing operation, in particular to a continuous oil pipe wellhead centralizer which comprises a body used for being mounted on the periphery of a continuous oil pipe in a sleeved manner. A longitudinally-through cavity body is formed in the body and comprises a testing tool guide cavity arranged at the top, and the testing tool guide cavity is of an inverted-cone structure with the big end up. After adopting the centralizer, a testing tool can automatically slide into the continuous oil pipe and can realize normal testing of the oil pipe, so that the problem that gas well testing cannot be realized due to the fact that the continuous oil pipe is higher than an oil pipe hanger and eccentric is solved in the prior art is solved.
