The invention provides gray glass. The gray glass comprises base glass and a coloring agent. On the account of 100 parts by weight of the gray glass, the coloring agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.11-0.70 part of Fe2O3, 0-0.1 part of Co3O4 and 0-0.1 part of Se. The invention also provides a preparation method for the gray glass and equipment for preparing the gray glass. The gray glass disclosed by the invention is uniform in color and enriches the varieties of products on the market.
