For the simulation that a leveler working roll is an electrical sparkle roughening treatment chromium plating roll with average surface roughness Ra of 2.0-2.5 micrometers, leveling elongation is set as 0.4-0.9% for the continuously-annealed interstitial free steel sheets with carbon content of 0.0010%-0.0040%, coiling temperature of 620-750 DEG C and thickness of 0.4-2.5mm, under the condition that production cost is not increased, yield strength of the produced continuously-annealed interstitial free steel sheets is below 170MPa, the average surface roughness is within the range of 0.6-1.9 micrometers, the average surface roughness is ensured to be within a certain range while low yield strength can be obtained, quality of interstitial free steel products is improved, and considerable economic benefit can be brought.
